Get ready for this one! Sarah will guide and practice with us. A yoga garden full of vigorous, juicy
varieties of heirloom to hybrid intermediate-advanced poses. For seriously playful students only; must
be able to perform urdhva dhanurasana by self and handstand at the wall by self; no major injuries
please.
Advanced, Teachers, $35
Anusara Yoga for everyone! Friday 7:30-9:30pm
Yoga invites us to cultivate loving and being our own selves and thus sharing our hearts more fully in
the world. Come as you are, new and seasoned practitioners alike. Sharing yoga is fun.
All Levels, $35
Up-tempo Practice Saturday 10am-12:30pm
Turn up the volume of your practice. Tune in and enjoy the inner music of floating hand balances and
flowing backbends.
All Levels, $45
Breathe into New Inner Realms Saturday 2:30-5pm
Listen and enjoy an inner body experience with twists, forward bends, pranayama, and meditation.
