Friday 3pm-6pm - Super Spectrum Class
Intermediate-Advanced practitioners, no injuries please. Practice along with Sarah. $35
Friday 6:30pm-8:30pm - Freedom Unveiled
Our natural state is freedom. Free up tension in your shoulders, neck, hips and low back. All levels. $40
Saturday 10am-12:30pm - Ahh…Love of Backbends
Fall in love with standing poses and backbends. All levels. $45
Saturday 2:30pm-5pm - Cycles of Creation
Hip openers, Hand balances, Pranayama, Meditation, and Goddess stories. $45
$35 for advanced practice
$115 for Friday night and all Saturday ($15 discount).
Single session registration for Friday night and Saturday - Receive $5 discount if paid by April 10th.

Sarah Faircloth is owner of Sangati Yoga, an all-Anusara style studio in Charlotte, North Carolina. She is an enthusiastic,
creative, and innovative certified Anusara Yoga Instructor. Sarah has been a student of Eastern Philosophy and Yoga since
childhood. She teaches public classes, workshops, immersions and teacher trainings, and enjoys life with her husband and two
