Gina's traveling Anusara yoga workshops and trainings:
Eye of the Tiger at Atlanta Yoga
Beginning January 2nd Eye of the Tiger will be held every Saturday from 12:00-2:30pm. There will be occasional
cancellations due to workshops and the Anusara Immersion. Check here and also Atlanta Yoga's website for
updates on the schedule. No class will be held on March 13th
Cost: $20
“Hungry for the light…”
Practice interactively alongside Gina and friends. Through fierce intention and empowered by the Universal Principles
of Alignment™, playfully push the edges of your possibilities. Eye of the Tiger covers the full spectrum of asana with
emphasis on deepening basic forms so as to radically expand body and mind in more challenging ones. Ideal for
teachers and experienced students, but open to all who long for freedom (and who have a basic knowledge of
handstand and Urdhva Dhanurasana and no major injuries).
